If you or a loved one has been injured, or you feel that your legal rights have been violated, the quicker you act, the better.  Delaying action may diminish your ability to investigate and gather critical evidence to bring a successful claim.  Even worse, you could miss out on your opportunity to file a claim due to the statute of limitations or missing other crucial deadlines.  Discussing your situation with one of our attorneys in a free consultation to learn what options may be available to you comes with no consequence.

Dealing with the aftermath of an injury is difficult. Insurance companies spend millions of dollars meticulously training armies of claims adjusters to use techniques designed to manipulate injury victims with the goal of paying them just enough to dissuade or distract them from retaining experienced injury attorneys. Trying to fight your case alone or taking risky do-it-yourself actions can cause unforeseeable and unwanted missteps that can cost you or your loved ones the relief or compensation you deserve.  (or “…that you are entitled to receive.”)

Contact The Law Firm of Thomas SanFilippo & Associates, LLC, to discuss the facts of your case with an experienced attorney to learn your legal rights and options to arm yourself with the information necessary to protect yourself and your family.  Consultations with one of our experienced lawyers are free of charge and all information submitted during the consultation will remain STRICTLY confidential.  If your legal issue does not fall within one of our many practice areas, we are always happy to recommend a reputable colleague in our network who is qualified to provide representation for your legal issues.
